- Account information: email address, name (if provided), login credentials (stored as a secure hash, not plain text).
- Subscription and billing information: plan selection, billing status, and transaction identifiers. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (for example, OpenPay). We do not store your full card number.
- Claim-related information (if you choose to use claim features): information you submit to track, prepare, or assist with claims, which may include your name, mailing address, phone number, purchase details, and documents you upload (such as receipts or claim PDFs).
- Support communications: messages you send to us (email or in-app), and any information you choose to include.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for login/session, security, and analytics.
C. Information from service providers
- Payment processor data: limited billing metadata such as payment status, subscription status, and transaction IDs.
- Analytics and performance tools: event data about how users interact with the Service (for example, feature usage and performance metrics).

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
