The biggest of all class action settlements no proof needed is the Google Play settlement. Google agreed to pay $630 million to resolve claims that it monopolized app distribution on Android devices and overcharged consumers through its 30% commission on all Play Store purchases.
Who qualifies: Anyone in the U.S. who purchased apps or paid for in-app content through the Google Play Store between August 16, 2016 and September 30, 2023.
How to file: You don’t. This is the ultimate no receipt class action claim. Google is distributing payments automatically based on your purchase history. No claim form, no proof, no action required on your part. If you made qualifying purchases, the money comes to you.
Payout options: PayPal, Venmo, or a prepaid Mastercard. Google uses the payment method linked to your Play Store account. If none is available, you’ll receive a prepaid card in the mail.

2. Capital One: $425 Million (Automatic, No Action Needed)
Capital One agreed to pay $425 million to resolve claims that it quietly slashed interest rates on 360 Savings accounts while marketing them as high-yield. Like the Google Play settlement, this is one of the class action settlements no proof needed where payouts are automatic.
Who qualifies: Current or former Capital One 360 Savings account holders who had an account at any point from September 2019 through June 2025.
How to file: No claim form needed. Capital One has your account records and will distribute funds automatically based on your average account balance and how long you held it. If your contact information has changed since closing your account, update it with the settlement administrator to make sure your payment reaches you.

3. Michael Kors: $30 Gift Certificate (Zero Proof Required)
Michael Kors agreed to settle claims that its outlet stores used misleading “compare at” pricing to inflate the perceived discount on products. This is one of the simplest class action settlements no proof needed available right now.
Who qualifies: Anyone who purchased items at a Michael Kors outlet store in the U.S. and saw “compare at” pricing.
How to file: Submit a claim online. You only need your name and address. No receipt, no order number, no credit card statement. Just confirm you shopped at a Michael Kors outlet. Filing takes under a minute.
Payout details: A $30 gift certificate valid at Michael Kors outlet stores. Note this is not cash. If you don’t shop at Michael Kors, it may not be worth your time. 4. GameSpot / Fandom: $1.2 Million Privacy Settlement (CA Only, No Proof)
Fandom, GameSpot’s parent company, agreed to pay $1.2 million to settle claims that it violated California privacy laws by sharing users’ browsing data and video viewing history with third-party advertisers without proper consent.
Who qualifies: California residents who visited GameSpot.com or used GameSpot services during the class period. No account needed.
How to file: Submit a claim online with just your name and California address. No account info, no screenshots, no proof of any kind. The settlement verifies your California residency from your address. This is a pure no receipt class action claim.

5. Joint Juice: $90 Million (No Proof for Up to 6 Units)
Premier Nutrition is paying $90 million across two settlements to resolve claims that Joint Juice was falsely marketed as an effective joint health supplement when its key ingredient was present in amounts too low to be effective. This is one of the most generous class action settlements no proof needed because you can claim up to 6 units with zero documentation.
Who qualifies: Purchasers of Joint Juice in New York, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, or Pennsylvania.
How to file: Submit a claim online. Select how many units you purchased (up to 6 without proof). No receipt, no order confirmation, no store loyalty card. Just your name, address, and the number of units. With proof, you can claim more than 6 units and receive higher payouts.
Payout details: Without proof: approximately $10 per unit, up to 6 units ($60 max). With proof: $50+ per unit. If you’re in New York, file under the $19.16M NY settlement. 6. Sealy: $750K Thread Count Settlement (No Proof for Up to 8 Products)
The Sealy settlement resolves claims that American Textile inflated the thread count on bedsheets and bedding sold under the Sealy brand. It’s another easy class action settlement where you can file without any receipt.
Who qualifies: Anyone in the U.S. who purchased Sealy-branded bedsheets or bedding with thread count claims on the packaging.
How to file: Submit a claim online. You can claim up to 8 products at $5 each without any proof ($40 max). With proof of purchase, payouts can be higher. The form asks for your name, address, and how many products you bought.
Payout details: Without proof: $5 per product, up to 8 products ($40 total). With proof: higher amounts based on what you paid. 7. Lemonaid Health: $3.25 Million Privacy Settlement (No Proof, Closed)
Lemonaid Health agreed to pay $3.25 million to settle claims that it shared users’ health data with third-party advertising platforms without consent, including data about medications, conditions, and consultation details. This was one of the best class action settlements no proof needed because it required nothing more than your name.
Who qualified: Anyone who used Lemonaid Health’s telehealth platform and had their personal health data shared with third parties during the class period.
Why it’s included: This settlement is now closed, but it’s listed here to show the kind of easy class action settlements that come and go regularly. 8. Kaiser Permanente: $10.5 Million Text Message Settlement (Phone Number Only, Closed)
Kaiser Permanente agreed to pay $10.5 million to resolve claims that it sent unauthorized text messages to patients and non-patients without proper consent, violating the TCPA. All you needed to file was your phone number, making it one of the simplest class action settlements no proof needed in 2026.
Who qualified: Anyone who received unsolicited text messages from Kaiser Permanente. Payouts were up to $75 per message, making this potentially one of the highest per-person payouts among easy class action settlements.
